At Grill'd we’re passionate about the cause behind Movember - to raise money and awareness of men's health issues. This year proceeds raised from the Movember campaign will be donated to the the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and beyondblue – the national depression initiative.
The cash you raise will not only go towards important research into prostate cancer but also contribute to the goal of finding a cure and better treatments for this disease. Additionally, the Movember 'mo'ney raised for beyondblue will go towards its help line, various awareness campaigns and to support research and development of important information resources.
To date, Movember has raised AUS$60 million globally for the fight against prostate cancer and depression in men. And, more importantly, as a direct result, male awareness of health issues has improved with Movember helping to spread health messages directly to millions of Mo Bros & Sistas around the world.
