Chip pass has ended!

Grill’d Chip Pass is available for a limited time to current Relish members who have an active Relish Membership prior to 11:59pm on 31 May 2024. Chip Pass allows a Relish Member to redeem any 1 chips and 1 dip per day for no additional cost for a period of 6 weeks (Early Bird Chip Pass) or 4 weeks (Standard Chip Pass) depending on the period in which the Chip Pass was purchased. Chip options include Famous Grill’d Chips (Regular or Snack size), Sweet Potato Chips (Regular or Mini size) or Zucchini Chips (Regular or Mini size).  Dip options include Herbed Mayo, Sweet Chilli Mayo, Tomato Relish or Chipotle Mayo. Items are subject to availability.  

The Early Bird Chip Pass is available for purchase between 12am on 28 May 2024 and 11:59pm on 18 June 2024 (unless sold out earlier) and the Standard Chip Pass is available for purchase from 12am 6 June 2024 for a limited time only, until sold out. The Chip Pass can be purchased by adding the Chip Pass to a Grill’d order and paying the once off $10 fee (public holiday surcharge may apply).  

Chip Passes are not available for purchase to new Relish Members who have joined on or after 1 June 2024. Chip Passes may be purchased via the Grill’d Website or Grill’d App by adding the Chip Pass to the Relish Member’s cart. Chip Passes cannot be purchased in-restaurant , via Grill’d Kiosk, for online orders at Grill’d Chadstone or third-party delivery platforms.  

Unless otherwise required by law, no refunds for a Chip Pass will be provided once purchased. Grill’d reserves the right to change, suspend, withdraw or extend the ability for Relish Members to purchase a Chip Pass at any time.  

Once purchased, the Chip Pass entitles the Relish Member to 1 chips and 1 dip per day for 4 or 6 weeks (depending on the type of Chip Pass purchased) at any Grill’d restaurant in Australia from the date of purchasing the Chip Pass.

The 4 or 6 week period will commence on the day of purchase and expire at the same time at which the Chip Pass was purchased on the 28th or 42nd day after purchasing respectively. For example, if the Early Bird Chip Pass was purchased at 10.03am on 22 May 2024, it will expire at 10:03am on 3 July 2024.  If the Standard Chip Pass was purchased at 10:03am on 7 June 2024, it will expire at 10:03am on 4 July 2024. 

The Chip Pass will be sent to the Relish Member via email and will appear in the Relish Member’s Grill’d App as a coupon. No minimum spend is required to redeem the Chip Pass (however standard minimum delivery spend and delivery fees may apply to delivery orders).

Chip Pass is available for redemption in-restaurant or via the Grill’d Website or Grill’d App. Passes cannot be redeemed via Grill’d Kiosk, for online orders at Grill’d Chadstone or third-party delivery platforms.  

Chip Passes are limited to one Chip Pass per Relish Member and are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer, discount or coupon. Chips and dips cannot be substituted for other menu items. The Chip Pass is not redeemable for cash, not transferrable and cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase. Grill’d reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member’s Chip Pass if it is found that the Member has engaged in misuse, fraudulent or other similar conduct in breach of these terms and conditions. Grill’d reserves the right to request ID from a Relish Member to verify the Chip Pass is registered against the Relish Member’s account.
