Local Matters
See the community groups we're supporting this month!
The local cricket club - WPC Cricket has over 250 players aged 5-70 years plus families and supporters. We are volunteer-run and need your assistance to provide funds so we can keep our costs down to members, be able maintain our facilities and provide the equipment required for cricket training.
A community-focused football club based in Darra. Founded in the 1980s, the family-oriented club operates from Atthows Park and fields junior, senior, and masters teams across various Football Queensland divisions.
Community service club: Our projects include the Backpack initiative - providing school supplies, helping residents, supporting schools, volunteering at community events (Christmas Blessing Day), and hosting events such as ANZAC Day and citizenship ceremonies and more.
