Mooloolaba Nippers U14 Cadet are raising funds to go to SRC Training Camp, to learn to become Life Savers so they can Patrol the beaches. The children will learn how to perform Ocean Rescues, how to do CPR and basic first Aid.
The Circles Of Support Youth (COSY) Program is a Youth support program operating throughout the Sunshine Coast. COSY helps young people who are experiencing difficulties that impact their well-being and relationships and provides supportive case management and group programs as determined by need.
Nippers is a program that teaches kids from 5 to 13 years old about surf awareness and the basics of first aid. Each Sunday nippers participate in activities on the beach teaching them skills to swim and stay surf aware whilst at the beach.
