
Grand Brie Recipe
Feeling a little extra? This recipe brings brie, Wagyu beef and bragging rights to the table.
Ingredients
1 fresh bun, toasted
2 slices Brie cheese
3 leaves cos lettuce
2 slices fresh tomato
3 thin slices red onion
1 heaped tbsp cranberry sauce
1 heaped tbsp Herbed Mayo
Method
1. Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Cook the Wagyu patty for 3–4 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.
2. Lightly toast the bun on the grill until golden.
3. Spread the base of the bun with cranberry sauce. Layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion and the cooked Wagyu patty. Add slices of Brie on top.
4. Spread the top bun with Herbed Mayo and close the burger. Serve immediately.
